Shooting Drills for the 4-out 1-in Motion Offense

with Dennis Felton,
former University of Georgia Head Coach

Get the drills you need to breakdown the 4-Out 1-In Motion Offense and make it more successful for your team.

Using on-court demonstrators, Dennis Felton teaches you 13 of his best shooting drills. Use these drills to prepare your team for running any 4-Out 1-In Offense.

These drills will benefit your players in following areas:

  • Footwork - Prepare to shoot, dribble, or pass without traveling or taking extra time to get set.
  • Shooting Areas - Put your players in their best shooting areas on the court and get high percentage shots.
  • Cutting off screens - Get open for a jump shot or drive to the basket using the fade, curl, straight cut and V-Cut.
  • Post Work - Expose one of the weakest spots in a defense-the high post. See drills for three different techniques to attack this area of the defense with success.

In addition, you will learn a hip-to-hip fake that is perfect for post players who lack shooting range.

Tie all of the individual drills together with Felton's 1-on-1 and 3-on-3 drills. These drills work on communication and decision making in more of a game-like setting.

All of the breakdown drills provided in this DVD will develop your player's ability to get open shots in any 4-out 1-in motion offense.
